Is your device powered on and lights blinking?

Most of the issues for power are caused by the switch on the back of the device not switched to the "ON" position.  As a default, the device is switched "off" during shipping.  If the lights are blinking, what is the sequence and colors?  Add this detail to the ticket.

Some devices ship with an active SIM and some are shipped without a SIM card.  If the customer is paying Manley Solutions for subscription services, we provide the SIM card and can support them with activating and ongoing support.  If the SIM card is sold through a 3rd party like T-Mobile, they will need to contact the 3rd party company to activate a SIM card.
