The recent 3G Network sunset with carriers here in the USA has caused issues with the Voice networks during sequence registration.  Our 4G VoLTE compatible devices use the latest approved networks.  We expect this sunset period to cause brief outages on the voice network throughout this process.  You may contact Manley Solutions and request a DMU key reset or your current network provider.

"I am not getting Dial-tone from my new adapter"

I get dialtone but my device is not making calls

This is the most common question we get!  Things to check

  1. Check Power
  2. Check SIM Card
  3. Check Activation Status
  4. Check Antenna

Everything looks right, but cant make or receive a call?  Things to check:

  1. Check that the SIM is active (you may need to contact us to check the systems (877) 2-MANLEY option 2)
  2. Check the Signal Strength (you may need a high gain antenna or signal booster).

You have a new device but its not turning on?  Things to check:

  1. Check the AC power supply connections
  2. Make sure the outlet is providing power

  1. Download the user manual
  2. Watch the unboxing video for your product to make sure you have everything.

Step 1

Disconnect the old adapter

  • Disconnect Power
  • Disconnect Telco Lines
  • Disconnect Antenna

Step 2:

Connect the new adapter 

  • Connect Power
  • Connect Telco Lines
  • Attach New Antenna’s

Allow 90-120 seconds for network and server synchronization
